Hi, I’m Kellie Grutko, Founder & Chief Pivot Officer of Purposeful Pivot, LLC. After stepping away from a successful executive career, I felt called to help other women navigate life’s transitions with greater clarity, confidence, and purpose—just as I had to do for myself.
I bring with me, over 35 years of leadership experience across media, advertising, manufacturing, and retail. As the youngest of six, I learned early how to collaborate and navigate complex dynamics—skills that fueled my success as a strategic and visionary leader.
My own reinvention—from high-level executive to certified life coach—gives me a unique perspective on the challenges women face when redefining their next chapters. Burnout and identity shifts are real, and I understand the doubts and struggles that come with change. Now, I empower accomplished women to rediscover their passions and build fulfilling lives.
